Give applicants the opportunity to show more than a CV
BeCareers powers the optional AI assisted screening experience connected with GetMeHired. Where an employer uses it, candidates complete a conversation about the role in their own time, typically taking around five minutes.
Candidates can respond in any of more than 100 supported languages. Questions explore the employer’s role requirements, with relevant follow up questions where more detail is needed.
Employers receive a transcript and summary to help them review each completed screening. The employer decides who progresses and makes the hiring decision.
